Temperature data logger EBI 12-T46

Data logger for temperature measurement inside and outside beverage cans and bottles during pasteurisation. The central, axial probe measures the temperature inside the beverage can or bottle. The lateral probe measures the temperature outside the beverage container. The data collected can be used to determine the temperature exposure time.

  • 2 measuring channels

  • Wireless temperature measurement

  • Axial design with rigid, blunt PT1000 temperature sensor

  • M10 thread for attachment to the probe

  • Storage modes: Endless measurement, measurement upon start time, measure immediately until end of memory, start/stop measurement

  • Memory for up to 13920 measured values per measurement channel

  • Factory calibration certificate: -20 °C, 0 °C, 60 °C, and 121 °C
