Penetration/infrared thermometer testo 104-IR BT

Penetration thermometer with integrated infrared sensor for quick and easy determination of surface and core temperature in the food sector. Suitable for checks as part of HACCP processes. The infrared measuring device is equipped with a 2-point laser with 10:1 optics. The penetration probe is securely stowed on the device and activates automatically when it is folded out. Operation is simple and intuitive. Measurement results can be easily read on the large display. With freely adjustable emissivity. Seamless, digital documentation is possible via the testo Smart App connection. All measurement values are automatically transferred to the testo Smart App via Bluetooth®. For regulatory requirements and internal quality assurance, data can be exported or professional reports can be created in PDF format (incl. signature & comment function). The penetration/infrared thermometer is watertight (IP65), EN 13485 certified, and HACCP-compliant.
