Manufactured acc. to DIN ISO 9001. For producing solid, saturated ice flakes from hygienically perfect, 0.5 °C cold ice. Equipped with the sanitation system XSafe to increase safety and prolong service life. The included UV lamp reduces the infestation of bacteria and viruses in the machine and in the water circuit.

  • Housing made of stainless steel

  • Special material in the interior with antimicrobial properties

  • Air-cooled condenser system

  • Eletronic control of the ice temperature

  • PWD water drainage system: pumps out residual and waste water over a distance of 15 m. Installation possible with drain not flush with floor (up to max. 1.70 m higher than machine)

  • Filter cleaning notification

  • Ergonomic access to ice through sliding door facilitates work

  • Built-in reservoir, allows under-counter installation
